The regular quarterly meeting of ILA Local 1235 will be held: Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 7:00 pm at the Ramada Plaza (former Holiday Inn) at 160 Frontage Road, Newark NJ 07105.
Local 1235 represents over 870 working men and women in the Port
of New York and New Jersey. Local 1235 is one of the largest Locals
of the
International Longshoreman's Association.
Primarily, our men and women work in Maher Terminals, Port Newark
Container Terminal, APM Terminals and Redhook Container Terminal located in either Elizabeth or
Newark. Our highly skilled labor works around the clock, seven days
a week to load and unload cargo for the tri-state area and beyond.
